Are you the one scared of the outcomes before even giving your utmost efforts? Negative thoughts draining you out? Future haunts you more than the nightmare? Then I assure ” law of attraction ” makes you get rid of all these and change your complete way of thinking.
When I hear the word ‘laws’, what comes to my mind is the statements that we summarized in science during our school days. But, the Law of attraction is somewhat more spiritual than science.
LAW OF ATTRACTION :
To convey the LAW OF ATTRACTION in simple words, All our thoughts have certain energy or vibration which in turn attracts the same energy or vibration from the universe just like the magnet.
In a one-liner ” YOU BECOME, WHAT YOU THINK” which is something we heard more often.
Your thoughts can be manifested into reality. What you reap out in your life is what you have sown in your mind. So, sowing all your bad emotions and negative energy you cant reap a healthy and positive life. In exact terms, your thoughts are the operating system of your life.
We cant see, hear or sense the electricity. But its existence is proved through electric energy, which is the source of all the electric appliances we use. Likewise, the law of attraction is.
Let me explain through the situation.
When doctors give up on a patient who is fighting for his life. Some miracle happens, the patient who fights with death get back his life, putting doctors into spellbound. It’s because of the patient’s willpower and strong belief which is rooted deep in his subconscious mind.
Our mind has three states:
- conscious mind
- subconscious mind and
- unconscious mind
Our present state and current thoughts come under conscious mind. Whereas, the subconscious mind is the depository house. All our day to day incidents and emotions are stored in it. Its the memory of all our experiences. That is the RAM of the human mind. It stimulates all your habits and behavior.
when you listen to some song which you heard years before you find yourself humming those lyrics without any interruption. You find yourself with the same positive spirit and enthusiasm which you experienced while you listened to that song for the very first time. Because it is saved strongly in your subconscious mind.
In childhood, if someone experienced a dog bite and if this incident gets stored in a sub-conscious mind. May years passed whenever you see dogs your sub-conscious mind will warn you. This always keeps you afraid of dogs.
We here discussed two incidents, where the subconscious mind drives you with a positive and negative attitude.
The conclusion is, it guides you in every situation. So if your mind is filled with bad emotions – anger, fear, anxiety, and bitter memories, you cant put yourself and focus on your goals with a positive attitude. So, the subconscious mind plays a vital role in “LAW OF ATTRACTION “.
Some effective ways to boost up Law of attraction technique:
1) pay attention to your thoughts :
Negative thoughts can be tough to stop. But when you pay attention to your thoughts, you can feed your mind with positive ones, whenever it pops out with negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are like a drop of poison added to a glass of milk, and it collapses you entirely. So, changing your tone of thoughts can help you.
2) Eliminating negative people:
When you surround yourself with some people your vibrations get disturbed. All your happiness will be doomed because of their constant criticism and bad emotions. These are the people toxic to your energy and the interaction with them should be avoided.
3) Expressing Gratitude :
Expressing gratitude increases your mental health.
Be grateful for what you have, to the people around you.
Be grateful to nature, the food you eat, the air you breathe. All living things have memory.
Appreciate yourself and thank yourself for what you have come across. It helps to increase your positive energy level.
4)Positive affirmations: Chanting positive affirmations, gains self-confidence, and gives you a positive attitude to face your tough times. It’s simple and easy to do. Pick a phrase and repeat it to yourself. choose positive affirmations like I can achieve it, I will be successful soon, I have the ability to do. Repeating these phrases doesn’t change the scenario but brings faith and confidence in you.
5)Visualization technique :
When you are focusing on your goals, imagine you have already attained the goals which you are pursuing. Picturise the entire scenario in your mind and feel your emotions. It will increase faith in the outcome. It keeps you more engaging and focusing on your goals. You have the power to create what you visualize.
